Please make sure to carefully read all of the information below before considering commissioning me.

Terms of service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree with the following terms of service. Please carefully read them. If they aren't clear enough, don't hesitate to reach out to me and ask any questions you might have.GENERAL
I grant myself the right to deny your request for any reason.PAYMENTS
payments will be done upfront, and through Vgen.REVISIONS
You can ask for revisions at anytime before your model is finished.
However, if you notice your model has an issue reguarding its regging, reach out to me and i will fix it as soon as i can. (Free of charge of course!)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I will start working on your model within one week after i recieve payment. The finished product will be delivered within one month after ordering. Usually, it takes me between one and three weeks to rigg a model from start to finish.
Guaranteed delivery is a month after payment is received.USE
I would like to ask you to please avoid making any offensive content using my work. Also, since Chibi models look very childlike, i would advise you not to make any sexual content using one as it violates Twitch's policy. it's also morally questionnable and might attract the wrong audience.
That being said, since i am not the intellectual property owner of your model, i am not responsible of the consequences of any use you might make of it.
commercial use is allowed and free of charge, but reselling or sharing the model's files with anyone else other than another rigger or artist you’re working with, or a trusted person, is strictly prohibited.REFUNDS
I can offer a partial refund if :
- i find myself unable to complete your commission in time. The amount refunded will depend on how late i am. For exemple, if i deliver your two weeks after the guaranteed delivery (a month), i will refund you by 50%, since 2 weeks is around 50% of a month.
- If you cancel the commission, you will only be refunded according to how close i am to completing the rigging of your model. For exemple : if i did 50% of the work before you cancel the commission, then you will be refunded 50% of the price you paid. If i’m 60% done, then you will be refunded by 40% of what you paid etc.
I can offer a full refund if :
- i find myself unable to complete your commission.COMMUNICATION
Communication can be done through either Instagram, Discord (@bunbun_maruu), Twitter (X), or Vgen, since these platforms allow me to send you photos and videos with wips of your model!
When it comes to the language; if you speak french, then we can communicate in french! Otherwise, it’ll be in English!

Please keep in mind that the price can vary accordingly to the complexity of your model's design, expressions, toggles and other add-ons.Base price

halfbody : 110€a base rigg includes :
• complete face rigging (mouthX + cheek puff, tongue out included, NO VBRIGER FOR NOW /!\

• breathing & idle animation for animal / special features if your model has them

• 5 expressions : happy, sad, angry, neutra, scaredadditional features
additional face expression/toggle : + ~5€
extra outfit : + ~40€
extra haircut : + ~40€
arm toggles : + ~10€
Walking animation : + ~30€
custom animation : + ~5 - 20€

Greetings! I’m Maruu, an artist, live2D rigger and mail carrier vTuber! I’ve been drawing anime for 7 years now and started learning Live2D cubism in 2020. I specialize in Chibi model rigging!
